 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

For Email - Fast & Secure Mail


IMPORTANT: Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before installing or using the Email - Fast & Secure Mail app. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Yash12345, the developer of Email - Fast & Secure Mail. The terms of this Agreement apply to the software, mobile application, and any accompanying documentation provided.

1. License Grant
Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a single device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code from the App.
Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer copies of the App to third parties without prior written permission from the Licensor.
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
3. Updates and Modifications
The Licensor may provide updates or modifications to the App from time to time, and you are required to accept these updates to continue using the App. These updates may be installed automatically or require your approval.

4. User Data
Your use of the App may involve the collection of personal data, such as your calendar events, location, or usage statistics. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in the App's Privacy Policy.

5. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates or modifications, remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any rights of ownership to you.

6. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and destroy all copies of it in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the App, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to This Agreement
The Licensor may update or modify this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement will be posted in the App or on the App's website. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
